Had a great time in Vegas! I am so fortunate to have such great and talented friends, you guys inspire me. I was all so fortunate to win 1st place, a 2nd place and a 3rd place in the print competition. There were over 10,000 photographers from 35-countries and over 2700 prints entered in the competition. As I listened to Joe Buessink speak at the Canon booth he re-inspired to go out and shoot for myself and do what makes me feel good. I had stopped doing that, we need to keep doing those things that feed the soul. My photographs of Wayne are a good example.

Ybor Wayne

WOW!...had a crazy time in Ybor yesterday. Met this homeless guy named Wayne. He was covered in copper jewelry that he made. I spent about an hour with him, the coolest guy. I asked him what was his best moment, he put out his hand and said right now... I stopped by this little church on the way, the nicest people, I thought...until this lady took her kids into the parking lot and beat them with a belt while this preacher prayed for me, pray for those kids! Anyway, enjoy...
